Mr. Zhou is the VP of Strategy and Marketing of Xtensible Solutions, an ESCO Technologies company, which provides enterprise information management and integration solution and services to utility industries worldwide. Mr. Zhou works with his clients to build sustainable information management and integration solutions that leverage industry standards (such as IEC CIM and MultiSpeak) and best practices.  As a pioneer and thought leader in applying enterprise information management disciplines to meet Smart Grid data management challenges, Mr. Zhou consults between Smart Grid interoperability standards development efforts and their applications at some of the largest utilities in the world. Mr. Zhou is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on the topics of enterprise integration, utility data model and management, utility advanced analytics, Big Data, and Smart Grid data management and interoperability standards.
